- Full refund if after the initial discovery call there's not a good fit or you decide not to proceed
- Must cancel at least 4 hours before the consultation call to qualify for full refund
- No refund after the call has taken place

- We want to ensure the consultation is valuable for both parties
- If there's not a good fit after our initial discovery, we'll gladly provide a full refund
- This policy ensures we can help you find the right solution or return your investment

After successful payment:
- You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps
- Calendar booking link will be provided in the email
- Choose your preferred time slot from available options
- Google Meet link will be sent
- Reminder emails will be sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the call
